Our family has been in coffee for over 130 years – we’ve seen a lot of change in the industry in that time and continue to innovate to meet market demands. Today, we recognize that coffee roasters are looking for direct, traceable relationships. As a result, we set up San Miguel in 2009 to serve and value our producers and customers to prosper together through genuine commitment and the building of lasting relationships. Our focus is on single-origin specialty coffees and the development of direct producer-roaster relationships that benefit from our family’s wealth of experience. 

Everything we do is based on our triple-win philosophy: where our clients, our producers, and ourselves all need to win for it to be a positive and sustainable business. We avoid middlemen at any cost. Instead, we offer a platform that nurtures the building of direct relationships, transparent and sustainable transactions, and enables us to care for our people, no matter where they sit on the supply chain.
